Covid-19 safety precaution

Requirements for clients 
Please don’t come to the salon if

—You have (or had within the past day) a fever(more than 104F), New or Worsening Cough, Shortness of Breath.
—Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms with past 14days?
—Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantine?

Please Note at the entrance to the salon

*Temperature checks will be completed using non touch thermometers.
*Face masks are required.
*Hand sanitizer will be provided and must used upon entry.
*Fill out Covid-19 Screening checklist.

Inside the salon

*Keeps 6FT distance between individuals.
*Employees must wear face mask, (apron, capes)
*We are limiting people in the salon, like 50% maxmum occupancy.
*Waiting room has been closed.
*Appointment only. Walk-in clients don’t allowed to get service immediately.
*Wipes down chairs between each client and regularly disinfect high traffic areas.
*During the service, clients must not remove facemask.
*Provides Coverings (apron, capes) must be disposable or cleaned and disinfected between each other.
*Places hand sanitizer which contains 60% or more alcohol everywhere for used by employees and clients

APPOINTMENTS

CANCELLATIONS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. A full 24 hours notice is required for cancelling/rescheduling appointments. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full service price will be charged.For first time customers a credit card number will be necessary to book an appointment with us.

We accept Cash, Credit Card
(VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)and Apple Pay.
An ATM machine is also available inside the Salon.

GRATUITIES

All tips can only be accepted in cash and can not be added on to credit card payments.

FIX POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you have ONE WEEK to come in and get it fixed. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damage to clothing, so please dress accordingly. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
